Niles’ background is in improvisational theater and physical comedy. He performed on stage for four years and holds an MFA in creative writing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Niles writes and directs the material for Balanced Productions.

Jennifer currently works for Telepictures Productions as an editor for the Tyra Banks Show. She worked for three years as an editor for The Jenny Jones Show and has worked on other Telepictures Productions such as The Sharon Osbourne Show, the Larry Elder Show and various pilot developments. In addition, she has worked extensively as a freelance editor.

Matthew holds a degree in cinematography from Columbia College. He has worked extensively as a freelance cinematographer in the Chicago area.

Diana has worked as a make-up artist on innumerable film and still photography productions in the Chicago area. Trained in the art of make-up at the Cinema Makeup School in Hollywood, Diana developed a unique talent for subtlety, accentuation and dramatization.
